Certified in Hatha Yoga, and trained in the Anusara style, Pam brings a blend of experience, commitment and heart opening joy to her teaching. Pam's classes are fun and uplifting as well as challenging and awakening. Her goal for students is that they leave each class feeling stronger, more flexible and balanced in body, as well as more open, centered and radiant in heart and spirit.
Pam is currently pursuing further certification in Anusara Yoga, studying with several outstanding teachers and mentors.

Melissa Morrison M.H. has many facets to her life's diamond. She is a trained Yoga Instructor based in the Anusara method. Melissa believes Yoga is the touch stone for discovering your Inner Light and Wild Child by opening communication between your body's wisdom and your Heart's desire. Her students come to her yoga class serious but leave inspired!
Melissa is the Master Herbalist & Teacher of Dragonfly Botanicals Wisdom Center, a Reiki Master Teacher, a Tribal Fusion Belly Dance instructor, a Chef, and so much more.
